My favorite green smoothie

This is my go to smoothie when the morning is rushed or I'm just wanting to get some greens in for the day. My toddler loves it too, so I'll often fill a little 8 ounce Mason jar with some for him and drink the rest myself in a large 32 ouHunce Mason jar for me.
It's easily customizable and very refreshing!

1 green apple
1 handful of baby spinach greens
2 ripe bananas
1 cup frozen pineapple or sweet mango
1 cup water or coconut water

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend, blend, blend!
